Although the items where perfect, high quality and very well made, I loved the personalisation of them however I ordered my items on the 21st July, for my cruise on the 16th August, it said expected delivery 14th August upon purchase but on the 12th I messaged to ask about postage to be told I need to pay from postage upgrade to ensure my items arrive on time, so in regards to this aspect, it wasn’t ideal and would put me off ordering from this business again.
